Jay started his career as a personal trainer 25 years ago with one simple goal in mind: to help folks be better today than yesterday. He takes tremendous pride in taking his clients outside of their comfort zone, pushing their limits and showing them what they are capable of. Jay holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and several certifications, including sports medicine, strength and conditioning, pre and post-natal exercise, fibromyalgia, and first aid. Jay coaches, educates and inspires his clients to love what they see in the mirror every day.

Julia Witchek

With over 25 of experience as a personal trainer Julia is known for her experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to her clients. She is an educator as well as a trainer, holding certifications in nutrition, health and life coaching and CPR. Specializing in nutrition, functional training, injury prevention, and post/continuing rehab, Julia’s diversified background includes yoga, Pilates, power lifting, strength and weight loss.

Lisa has been a health and fitness industry professional for over 30 years. Certified in personal training, group exercise and CPR, she has a passion and drive for helping people reach their short and long-term goals with an honest and realistic approach. Her goal is to inspire people to live their best life through exercise and healthy eating. Specializing in individual and personalized program design, nutrition, weight loss and TRX suspension training, Lisa adapts to people at all fitness levels and limitations. She is committed to working with every client to accommodate, challenge and get results at every session, while having fun! 

Kristen Laliberte

Kristen has been an NASM certified personal trainer since 2015. She trained under experienced guidance for 6 months, focusing on the basics of body mechanics and movements, postural distortions, and corrective exercise before she began training on her own. She has additional certifications in HIIT, TRX, sports yoga, weight loss, fitness nutrition, MMA conditioning, pre/post natal, women’s fitness, teen fitness, designing weight lifting programs, senior fitness, and many more. She uses multiple modalities to keep things exciting and new, and to keep the body guessing.
